This is the cutest cafe that repurposed an old gas station. Service is always friendly - you feel like family - and decore is nice. There's seating inside and outside and parking on the side. Portions are large, and the food is delicious. My chef salad was huge!! I highly recommend stopping in for a good salad, sandwich, or bakery treat.
Great Experience!! Work around the Goochland area came in for lunch break and I got the tomato bisque soup and the orange pecan chicken salad. Food presentation was pleasant to my eyes and the taste of their soup and salad was amazing. Customer service was great very attentive and nice. Definitely coming back when around try it out definitely recommend (:
A delightful surprise stop this morning. I've never driven by when they've been open, so I was excited to give this place a try. No disappointment here! Walked into a comfy, warm spot and was greeted with a friendly welcome. While waiting for my made-to-order egg sandwich, I checked out the clever small business table and even picked up a few cards. Loved seeing the customers interacting. More tables than I expected to see, and even a few outdoor seats. My sandwich was great, but since I took it to go, I need to come back soon to enjoy the cafe!
Are party of three all ordered sandwich. They were all outstanding! So good we sampled each others. It would be Fair to say all the food would be tasty here by looking at the food going out to others. So if you are within an hour of here and want a good meal stop on by!
This cafe is a treasure! The food is delicious! We tried the Virginian sandwich and the chicken salad and they may have been the best sandwiches I’ve ever eaten. And the potato salad was amazing!
What a little treasure!! Great array of sandwiches to choose from. Then there are the tempting baked creations - a variety of cheesecakes, cookies and other interesting offers.
This was a nice place to eat! From the outside, it looks like an old gas station (and it is.) On the inside, it is a cozy mom and pop place, with homemade sandwiches, soups, breakfast, and desert. We definately would stop again when in the area. It’s hard to find a homemade place like this now a days.
The lady who served me and my dad were real nice. The food was delicious, the bacon of the BLT had the perfect crunch, and it was a great experience all around.
